طيف سنج پلاسماي القايي ليزري  LIBS Vulcan

شرکت Hitachi ژاپن ,  دستگاه Vulcan را بعنوان سریعترین دستگاه تشخیص و مرتب سازی آلیاژهای فلزی بوسیله تکنولوژی LIBS معرفی کرده است. این دستگاه به عنوان يكي از روش هاي آناليز عنصری غيرمخرب با شناسایی خطوط اتمي و يوني، تعيين ساختار ماده را ممكن مي سازد. اين روش در سال هاي اخير به عنوان رقيب اصلي روش هاي سنتي خصوصاً براي آناليز عناصر سبك مطرح شده است و قادر به تحليل فازهای مختلف ماده مي باشد. مهمترين مزيت اين روش بر تکنيکهای دیگر، سرعت بالا، قابلیت سنجش online و عدم نیاز به آماده سازی نمونه است. سرعت این دستگاه تا 10 برابر سریعتر از دستگاه های XRF قابل حمل موجود در بازار است.

 

این دستگاه در سه مدل Smart, Optimum, Expert ارایه میگردد.
